      <image:caption>Gillian Golson Movement has always been a key element in my life, from the time I began dance lessons as a child through my certifications to become both a Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher.  Physical strength and health is deeply connected with mental and emotional well-being and I believe in sharing my expertise in fitness and movement to empower my clients in their everyday life. I earned my Personal Trainer certification from The National Academy of Sports Medicine in November 2019 and started to train friends and family right away. In the summer of 2020 when the world was locked down, I joined the largest global Black yoga teacher training ever run by Yoga with Davina and spent 200 hours earning my yoga teacher certification.   I look forward to working together to build your confidence through holistic movement.</image:caption>
